The fastest, the highest output and the most flexible BOPP lines in China respectively in whole Asia are now in full operation. These state-of-the-art, high performance lines offer flexibility and profitability yet unseen in the industry.
In the second half of 2007, each company - Zhejiang Yimei Film Industry Group Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang Gaojing (New Type) Science & Tech. Material Co., Ltd., ordered two BOPP lines, each 35,000 tpa from DMT.

MESIM® is the latest state-of-the-art mechanical simultaneous stretching technology offered by DMT. After numerous tests in DMT’s lab-line and now after start up of the first commercial MESIM® line, this equipment can be considered the only one offering simultaneous stretched film production on the highest quality level at minimum production costs for a reasonable investment. Other technologies, like the linear motor system could not succeed in the market due to the extraordinary high investment and operation costs (especially energy consumption) as well the inherent process limitation of such concept.
Saudi PPPP took place from 18 to 21 of October in Riyadh. DMT was happy to participate already for the 2nd time together with the Austrian Chamber of Commerce. As the world is recovering from the economic crisis it seems that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has sparely noticed it.
With more than 350 local and international exhibitors and a high number of visitors this business show reflects the region’s prospering activities in the plastics business.

Bon Resin (Morvarid Industrial Packaging) is shareholder of the two major petrochemical companies in Iran: Zagross Petrochemical and Navid Zarin Chimi Industrial Company, both leading companies in the field of Methanol (3.4 mil. tpa) and Polypropylene (160 ktpa) production, with a financial volume of several hundred million Euros.
Morvarid has decided to enter the film stretching business with DMT machinery. In total the project comprises two, 8.7 m BOPP state-of-the-art stretching lines, which will be installed consecutively with a time gap of 6 months.

Zhejiang Hangbao Group Co., Ltd is a large state enterprise and supplies sophisticated products for the Chinese industry and consumer market as special films, pipes, tapes, biological technology and health care.
In 1996, Hangbao purchased the first BOPP line from DMT which is producing a wide range of film types as cigarette film, pearlized film, matt film, metalized film and many others. The Tokyo’s Finetech show is one of the most important exhibitions concerning new developments in flat panel (LCD/TFT) monitor technology.
