The fastest, the highest output and the most flexible BOPP lines in China respectively in whole Asia are now in full operation. These state-of-the-art, high performance lines offer flexibility and profitability yet unseen in the industry.
In the second half of 2007, each company - Zhejiang Yimei Film Industry Group Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang Gaojing (New Type) Science & Tech. Material Co., Ltd., ordered two BOPP lines, each 35,000 tpa from DMT.
After smooth and successful start-up the machines produce thickfilm with more than 5t/h on the winder or thin film with more than 450 m/min operation speed. The unique 4-drive TDO system, with individual drives on each outlet and inlet sprocket allows a smooth running on high speed level with lubrication oil consumption less than 5liters/24hours, which is more than 50% less of the industrial standard.
Additional technical features maximize the production flexibility, such as: - melt-die inserts for fast change of layer configuration - filter life time of minimum 6 weeks at full output, increasing uptime - highly sophisticated air-knife with comfortable maintenance and operation positioning - high and extended water bath with spray chill roll guarantees fast cooling at full output - 4-rolls MDO stretching sections avoids film-damages at any line speed - unique TDO drive system for economic high speed operation - massive pull roll stand - frame avoiding backside-treatment at any production speed - X-ray thickness gauge for white, colored and transparent film and full edge control ...and many more.
