Jinan Kangya Films, a division of Chinas largest oil refinery company, is the biggest domestic supplier of BOPP resins. It enters the BOPP film market with a high-end DMT line.
This 8.2m DMT line features a twin-screw extrusion technology, electrically-heated (low energy consumption) MDO rolls and gas-heated TDO oven, which result in the significant production flexibility with an annual capacity of 28,000 tons. Kommentar verfassen

DMT was at Chemistry 2005 in Russia, where all the major chemical industry companies, including plastic processing, participated. It is important to be there since the chemical and petrochemical industries are leading branches of Russia's economy, and it was the second time for DMT to attend. DMT had an opportunity to establish beneficial business contacts with companies from Ukraine and Eastern Siberia and had technical negotiations about Komus project at the exhibition. DMT proudly presents the world’s largest BOPS line in operation ! One of DMT’s latest projects, a 4.4 m multi purpose line has been started at the beginning of September 2006. Only 5 days after start-up the line produces 3000 kg/h thermoforming sheets (380µ).
As a multi-purpose line, it is capable to poduce a wide range of different products. This line demonstrates the innovative technology DMT has on offer. This is already the second DMT line for Nutrigo.

Iranplast 2006 took place from Nov. 7th to 11th in Tehran. We thank all our visitors for the friendly atmosphere and the positive feedback. The Arabplast fair took place in Dubai from January 13 to 16. It showed the big interest for investments in the region's plastics industry. For DMT the fair was an outstanding possibility to demonstrate its knowledge concerning BIAX technology and market development.
